Terms of use

Who we are
DartFeed is made and run by B// Design Works (“we”). Contact: [email protected]. See our privacy notice.
Using DartFeed
You may use DartFeed for your own games of darts, alone or with friends. It is a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence. DartFeed is a beta and is provided as it is.
Please don’t
- Copy, extract, resell or reverse-engineer DartFeed, or use it or its output to build another product.
- Use bots or scrapers, share your login, or try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything that shows other people without their permission.
- Cheat or be abusive to other players, or harm DartFeed or its servers.
Accounts
While DartFeed is in early access, accounts are by invite. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You can erase yours in Profile.
The open lobby is for Pro accounts. The player who posts a game decides who they play. We may remove anyone who misuses it. We keep only your newest games and may remove older ones.
Scores can be wrong
DartFeed will sometimes get a score wrong. Check the score, and do not rely on it for competitions, bets or prizes. As far as the law allows we are not responsible for losses from using it. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your consumer rights.
Play safely
Darts are sharp. Keep people, children and pets out of the line of a throw. You are responsible for how and where you play.
Ownership and the rest

- We may change DartFeed or these terms, or stop DartFeed, at any time; the date at the top changes if these terms do.
- English law applies, and the courts of England and Wales decide disputes, unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim there.
